Injury Treatment.

Fixing any injury is complex, especially recurring injuries.

Successfully treating injury requires the identification of the variety of stressors you place on your body by carrying out a detailed analysis of your unique movement patterns.

Running injuries.

Most clinics don't have the advanced equipment that is needed to treat a running injury with the meticulous approach required. So, to help our clinicians better identify, diagnose, and prevent injuries, we invested in and utilise state-of-the-art 3D motion capture technology founded out of the University of Oxford.

With 3D motion capture, we accurately identify and make recommendations on how any potential underlying muscle strength or length issues impact your current running patterns, why that can lead to injury, and ultimately how you go about addressing these deficits to optimise your running form and get you back running.
